my number one album of all time my best friend my girlfriend my ride or die. the instruments, the lyrics, the milk motifs. literally one of the best albums ever made. everyone i've talked to who loves it mentions how personal it is. it is an album that not everyone can relate to, but when people do, it feels like you've just found your bible. it's understanding. and incredible. 🖤

fucking hell another favorite album of all time but also that's all of hole's albums. another super personal album, the start of hole's themes of milk and flesh and skin and scars and it's so sexy and amazing. it's raw and it's angry and it's powerful.

hi! so i watched the holy mountain a While ago. i think maybe 4 or 5 years ago and mostly of what i remember is the visuals of it- it's a very visually driven film to my memory and i remember enjoying that part a lot! i think the story was a little strange, but it was definitely an experience and a pretty interesting, unique watch. i actually should rewatch it myself tbh. i know a lot of critique of it is saying it's self indulgent / self gratifying, but i dislike any sort of critique that says that because like. isn't all art self indulgent? but that's a whole other discussion! so long story short i think it would be worth a watch! seems like it would be fun with a friend too.
