hm i suppose. i have another week's worth of lessons to do too but i'm saving those so i have something to do at school tomorrow.
My 9yo and I built a Dalek for his costume out of cardboard, saran wrap, styrofoam, aluminum foil, flameless candles, a dishwashing sponge, a marble, and Gorilla tape. If he doesn't get candy he may exterminate the whole neighborhood.

The Doctor would have to be careful as he would be rewriting their first meeting and his personal history.He would have to try to direct her to someplace else he would be for them to meet. And that's not to say that River would not go to the Library if she realized what he was doing. "Not one line."
No, the best way would be for the Doctor to tell River and then try to find a way to make the 10th Doctor believe that River has died. That way the timeline continues as the Doctor remembers.
I'm not saying it couldn't be done, but it would be very tricky to make sure it would work out to have the desired results.
