Fields family had to change windows in their living room TWICE in ONE month because of “A” and now Pam has to pay big water bills because she allowed someone to live with them and the person showers A LOT. I feel so sorry for Mrs. Fields. Poor woman.

Not to mention that they aren’t the richest family so it’s pretty unfair.

Emily is an athletic girl, with a real passion for swimming. She is a caring, emotional person. With her dad being in the army, Emily and her mother are often alone at their Rosewood home. Coming out as a lesbian hasn't been easy on Emily, her mother had a really hard time excepting it. And having two of her girlfriends murdered didn't make things easier on her. -A painted Emily the weakest link from all the liars, but Emily has showed to be really strong.

Love interests: Ben Coogan, Alison Dilaurentis, Maya St. Germain, Paige McCullers, Samara Cook and Nate St. German/Lyndon James

Alison knew very well Emily had always had a crush on her. And Ali being Ali, used Emily's feelings to her to her advantage. Kissing and flirten with her, and then pushing her away by saying it is just practice for when she has a boyfriend. Emily loved Alison.

While Emily has real feelings for Alison, she does have a boyfriend, Ben Coogan. Ben, like Emily, is a jock. Ben pushes Emily to have sex with him, but when he actually tries to force himself on her, Toby rescues her and she breaks up with him.

Maya St. Germain moves in to town as the series start. Emily is still in a relationship with Ben, when she meets Maya. Maya and Emily become friends, but Maya soon makes it clear she is romantically interested in Emily. Emily tries to push her feelings away for a little while, but when -A gets hold of a picture of EMaya kissing, Emily is "pushed" out of the closet. Their relationship soon goes public, but it doesn't go easily. When Maya gets send to some camp, they break up. They get back together for a little while, but then Maya gets murdered.

With Maya away at camp, Emily focuses on her swimming. Competitive Paige McCullers is buying her way to being team captain, by giving her teammates gifts. Paige feels threatened by Emily, and makes homophobic remarks, even pushes Em's head under water in the schools pool. Over time we learn Paige's bad behavior is caused by her own struggle with her sexuality. She likes Emily but isn't ready to come out yet. It leaves their relationship hanging, Emily tries to help her but at first it only makes things worse. Paige and Emily are currently in a relationship, but it took some bumps to get to the happy place where they are now.

Emily meets Samara Cook, when she tries to help Paige come to terms with her sexuality. She arranges a meeting with Samara for Paige to talk about, how to come out as a lesbian and deal with the reactions. The problem being Paige didn't want to talk. Paige's fear for her parents reaction, caused the first split between her and Emily. Samara took an interest in Emily, and they dated really briefly.

Some time after Maya's dead, Emily gets a visit from a guy named Nate St. Germain. He told her he was Maya's cousin and wanted to meet the girl she had been talking about. Nate became Emily's friend, but soon made a move by kissing Emily. She told him she wasn't interested and that was that... until he attacks Emily. Turned out he was an old boyfriend of Maya who wouldn't except their relationship was over. He actually kidnapped and threatened to kill Paige. He kept her tied and locked up in a closet. The situation escalates when Emily escapes, he follows her, they fight and Emily stabs Nate. He dies.

Alison:

Emily and Alison relationship was very different then with the other liars. Emily was in love with Alison. They often kiss, but Alison kept reminding Emily she wasn't interested in her romantically. Alison used to say Emily was her favorite of all the liars.

Alison appearances:

Alison appears to Emily for the first time when Emily is dazed by car fumes. Emily was in a garage searching for dr. Sullivan. -A had send her there alone, saying that was the only way to keep dr. Sullivan save. Emily gets locked inside the garage along with a car with the engine going. She passes out. She awakes outside and seems to be laying on Alison's lap. Alison tells her "two can only keep a secret, if one of them is dead". Emily dazes of again and gets woken up when the liars find her, Alison is gone.

Emily's Exposed Secrets:

Being in love with Alison.

Being a lesbian.

Kissing Maya.

Using her mothers painkillers.

Emily's Ongoing Secrets:

Forging a lettre from a college scout. (she teared it apart, but -A send it anyway).

Lying about being at Alison's grave the night it was dug up.

Breaking in to the morgue to see if the body they found was Toby's.

Getting hurt while saving Aria and Mona from getting hit by -A. (she told her parents she fell with her bike).

Stealing Wilden's house key from the police station.

Random:

The Maya mystery. She died and it's not really clear why. They say it was Nate that killed her, but we have a feeling there is more to it. Then there is that website www.massugar.com.. with those videos.. we never got any answers about that, what had the a-team to do with that?

Who killed Nate/Lyndon? Nate's dead keeps being weird to us. Emily stabbed him right. Then we hear two shots being fired and we know Caleb is hit by one. Did the other shot kill Nate? Then who shot Caleb and how?

That Chris guy? Emily is looking for Toby at his work place, when she sees redcoat. She follows her in to the building but is stopped by a guy who claims to be a Toby's coworker Chris. He knows Emily's name and seems sketchy but we never hear from him again...
