showed up again, lots of discomfort.

but I showed up.

oh and I finished and submitted my last two papers for my business degree. that was cool.

note to self: I know you like being challenged and on edge, but please address time management skills in the future, thank you very much.

practicing self-discipline to cultivate presence when in the present; to not miss out on life as it is right now. practicing to remember what brings me alive with the fiery love I am capable of holding. remembering that I have a choice.
