So last night I made two more wing flavors with my own twist on them. They came out Amazing 😍 - I used #HEB #FlyinSaucy #Teriyaki & Medium Heat wing sauces for my two flavors. Also you will need #ChiliGarlicSauce 🌶️, #FiestaBrand fajita no salt added seasoning & 1 pack #VictoriaTaylor Toasted Sesame Ginger. I normally will portion the wings factoring about 3 - 4 per serving 6 - 8 in freezer ziplock bags with about 1 1/2 - 2 TBL spoons of the marinade. For the Chili Garlic Teriyaki wings depending on the amount of heat you like you can add 1 tsp - 2 tsp per 8 wings along with your wing sauce. For the Fajita Medium hot wings season both sides of wings and add your sauce before marinading. You can marinade over night or at least 30 minutes in the sauce before cooking. So depending on the time frame it's up to you. Cooking pre-heat oven to 450°. Then on a glass pan lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray space out the wings. Cook for about 45 - 50 depending on the number of wings. Drain excess liquid and flip half way through. I spoon a little more of the sauce over the tops at this point for a nice glaze. If making the Chili Teriyaki wings sprinkle some of the Victoria Taylor's Sesame Ginger seasoning on top at half way mark and cook the rest of the way. Flipping them and draining will help give that great crispy texture we all love with out frying. For the Fajita Medium wings I use plain Greek yogurt with hidden valley ranch Greek yogurt seasoning to dip. For the Chili Teriyaki you can add a little Siriacha to the Greek yogurt ranch dip or add a little to some reduced sodium Soy sauce.
