I couldn't write this as I don't know enough about Dungeons and Dragons but - as much as I like the idea of the final game being a simple game of skill, imagine if instead the doctors had challenged the Toymaker to a game of Dungeons and Dragons. All three of them (plus Donna and Mel) sitting up there on the airpad rolling dice. Toymaker is the Dungeon Master, and if he can kill off both Doctors characters by the end of the game he wins.
