(probably)#finally I always get a kick out of when Kaine is wrestling with his better nature #when he’s about to do something selfless even when he viscerally wants to do something selfish #he sublimates/puts on a tough guy front by blaming (and envisioning bodily harm to) someone else #(shifting the responsibility if you will when he’s actually taking on responsibility himself #something he’s demonstrably uncomfortable with/doesn’t feel worthy of and yet does so anyway)
