This is obviously horrid for many reasons, right in the middle of a particularly potent flu season, but the campaign was specifically attempting to target people at higher risk, including children and pregnant women, and sought to better educate the public on how a weakened flu response is a positive outcome of vaccination. So since our government is preventing itself from this outreach, we've gotta look out for each other instead.
