Since San Fransokyo is located in America, as what was mentioned before. The Special Forces got wind of Hiro’s technological prowess, despite his age, they tried to recruit him to SF but Tadashi vehemently refused, even going as far as threatening the recruiters, his brother is barely 13 and he knows how dangerous SF missions can be. Especially since Kano had successfully killed almost half of the forces.
But SF won’t let up, so Tadashi enlists himself. He knows how to fight and is also a technological genius, but not as great as Hiro’s genius.
Two months later Shao Kahn invaded, to ensure his brother’s safety, He relents and made Hiro a member of SF. So he and Hiro worked on Jax’s robotic arms.
Three months since the first invasion, Tadashi and Hiro were forced to fight. Tadashi’s using special gloves that would increase his strength but emits electric shocks, a combination of Jax and Raiden to some degree.
Hiro uses his newly invested microbots to his advantage, a seemingly non lethal version of Scorpion’s kunai but it releases electric shocks to anyone who touches the microbots.
Both brothers were eventually killed by Sindel.
Years later, Quan Chi resurrects and made them into his revenants and served under him. The brothers created tech for Quan chi and the netherrealm, upgraded Jax’s arms to fire missiles.
Their weapons also got an upgrade, Tadashi’s gloves could now send electric balls towards his enemy while Hiro can make his microbots drill inside the body.
Raiden eventually releases both brothers from Quan Chi’s control and retired from SF. The brothers, enrolled in SFIT, or in Tadashi’s case reenrolled himself, since they did not age after being killed by Sindel.

(Oooh, okay, I can definitely see the complex story here. Like what did Aunt Cass think about all this? What happened to Baymax? Does he exist in this AU? But let’s take it a different direction, let’s delve into it a bit. Let’s say that someone, we’ll go with GoGo, was the one that convinced Raiden to help the Hamadas. She constantly badgered him for help for years because she knew he was the only one who could do it, and over time she eventually won his grudging respect with her tenacity. So he agreed to bring the Hamadas back.
They never found out it was her that convinced Raiden to act, though, and as far as she’s concerned they don’t need to know. She’s just happy to see her friends back whole and healthy again. Even if they ARE several years younger than her now.)
