The "real" behind-the-scenes look at Summit. This year was totally different for me than past years. Sure there were the similarities, but a much slower pace. And for the most part that was ok. Last night normally would have been heels & fancy dresses. But instead for me it was leggings and comfortable seating right in our loft. Being at this yearly conference for my business is a must, so I wasn't missing it. It's a non-negotiable and one of the things I love about coaching (spending time with other coaches and learning). I was there learning and soaking in everything I could!! Making notes and jotting down ideas how I can be a better coach. And how I can pay if forward more and help more people. So even though I left this Summit having to get rides everywhere, couldn't workout and thankfully found some crutches to help me move faster, I am leaving my time here in Nashville feeling MORE passionate and determined than ever. I'm ready to pay it forward! People need help with fitness, nutrition, accountability and a vision to believe and dream big!! I think I just was "part of" the hardest workout ever!! .... Mentally hard that is. This afternoon coaches were working out with various Beachbody trainers from Sagi Kalev to Autumn Calabrese to Chalene Johnson to Joel Freeman! I had registered to kick butt with Autumn for her Chisel Agility workout and still went. But nothing is more painful than sitting and watching hundreds of people workout. I was happy to be there and cheer my fellow coaches on as Autumn made them cry with a leg workout, but I had no idea it would be that hard to sit on the sidelines. If you have a body that can move and groove... even remotely....don't let it go to waste. Move and stay active!
