My name is Edmond Raymond A.K.A. Claw A.K.A. Mr. I am a Hip Hop Rap Artist from the upcoming Hip Hop group 323. I am a very talented Rapper and song writer
2. Who are some of your influences in music?
Some of my influences in music are Jayo Felony, Dr. Dre, Dj Quik, Snoop Dogg, Young Maylay, WC, Ice Cube and a long list of Old School groups and artists like The Dramatics, The Temptations, Earth Wind and Fire, Rick James, Marvin Gay, Teddy Pendergrass etc…
3. How long have you been involved with music?
I have been involved with music for more than 20+yrs
4. How do you seperate yourself from other artists?
I seperate myself from other artist by thinking in and outside the box. By being very flexible and versatile with my craft with the ability to write to music from any genre.
5. What or Who inspired your sound for your up n coming 323 mixtape?
When first introduced to the members of my group 323 and hearing what we had to offer together as a whole I was immediately put in the mindset of Warren G, Nate Dogg and Snoops 213. So i feel that they and the production talent of Deveion “HB” Hicksonbottom inspired my sound for this group.
6. What change do you want to bring to music?
I want to bring the sound of music back to the late 80’s and 90’s when i felt it was at its best as far as good vibes and understandability.
I would like to send a shout out to my Wife my rock Kiyatona Raymond for always believing in me and my talent even when she didn’t like me sometimes, Lol.
