[👾🎤]📖🎸🏹🤸🏼‍♂️[🌈] The next few weeks, there are a few new things happening over at The Thirteenth Hour Arts Patreon. Episodes 271 on the Rocketeer cartoon and episode 272 on 80s food and the start of The Lost Boys rewatch for Halloween with and have their own Patreon exclusive podcasts for more behind the scenes stuff to accompany the episodes. I’ve also started to experiment with a new kind of resin, Flex-It 80, to make figurines that are more squishy, kind of like 80s MUSCLE men, than the Smooth On Smooth Cast 305 resin I have been using so far (which has been great, but makes for a rigid, brittle figurine that is less appropriate for little kids who bend, throw, and generally abuse toys in all a ways as a part of their play). So I have been curious if there would be any more durable alternatives for a more kid-friendly figurine. More of that coming soon in the Patreon. Here’s a little preview in the pics - I casted some Logans and Rocketeers with Flex It, and here they are side by side with their glow in the dark Smooth Cast cousins.
