Diversity is important! It allows you to have ideas from thought provokers that are opposite of your immediate background. I worked at an establishment that had NO diversity and then tried to use patients/customers photos to prove that they were. It means NOTHING to have your patrons look different when you don’t have someone that looks like them help in the decision-making on how to best benefit THEM!!
