As someone who doesn't understand Spanish, I'm somewhat going out on a limb here. Going by the Steam page description of Mortadelo y Filemón: Una aventura de cine - Edición especial, the framing is that the duo is being transported into movies to, uh...

I'm just going to let it speak for itself.

Professor Bacterio has invented a new contraption called the "Telefrusky," which allows one to travel to the world of cinema. He decides that Mort & Phil should journey to "Jurassic Park" and bring back samples of dinosaur DNA to restore Ofelia to her natural size after she was reduced to a miniature form following an experiment with a weight-loss elixir that Bacterio had also concocted (naturally!). However, the agents are mistakenly transported to a Wild West town in America called Western City, complete with a sheriff, a saloon, a gallows, and even Native Americans. In this town, Billy the Kid and his gang will steal the Telefrusky's diamond, and the agents must recover it to return to our dimension.

So while it is literally the fictional Dracula, there is dimension-hopping going on that allows them to exist in the same universe as Dracula, so I'm going to count it.

I'm also somewhat confident it's Dracula.

I also think there's a quick joke where Mortadelo mistakes him for Dráscula, from developer Alcachofa Soft's first video game?

Feel free to peep a longplay if you want to confirm for yourself. I am more than happy to hear more from people who can actually understand Spanish.
