Case Erectors from Clearpack

Model CE 30 case erector – It is a heavy duty powerhouse. Its continuous motion drive performs case forming and case sealing operations at speeds of up to 35 cases per minute. This Case Erector uses PLC to control the operations and document the performance of the machine, it is operator friendly with touch screen controls.

  The machine handles cases very positively to ensure that most difficult cases can opened & minimum utilities are consumed.

  Model CE 15 Case Erector – It has a robust body and reliable case forming mechanism which allows it to produce up to 15 cases per minute. It adopts features of high speed case erectors into a compact and versatile unit that can meet the most demanding production requirements.

  Features:

  Positive Case Feeding

Indexing system provides reliable accurate case feeding. The vacuum pull-down releases each case individually from the stack. Once released, the case is smoothly indexed to the opening station by the mechanical slide transfer.

  Precision Case Opening

Two bellow style grippers hold the case firmly from below as the grippers on the cam-operated opening arm pull the case open. The dual grippers over-open the outer flaps slightly to ensure smooth inner flap closing. Case open sensor monitors proper case opening.

  Square, well sealed cases

As the outer flaps are closed, a steel tongue slides in the flap gap to prevent flap overlap. Cases are squared by upper and lower motorized roller-support transfer bells as the tape is applied. Cases exit the CE 15 sealed, squared and ready for case packing

  High speed Shrink Wrapper – Invospeed

Invospeed is a Continuous motion single roll shrink wrapper which uses Servo technology. It can handle single dual or triple lane configuration with an output ranging from speeds of 15 to 100 cpm. It is capable of shrink wrapping products of multiple formats in film only shrink wrapping, pad + shrink wrapping, tray + shrink wrapping. The machine is designed for zero change parts & the changeover is short and simple for the operators.
