Day seven: “We are all in this together”
Happy mother's day to Marti's mamma 💐
Final Countdown Weeks Week Two, Day Three : Quotes
“...Me neither.”
He was lost, he was lost, he was found.
I’m exhausted and so damn sad for no particular reason, so rather than predictions for Week 2 - Day One, I will have a list of ‘WANT / DO NOT WANT’ for S4 and then my headcanons for future professions.
WANT
- Sana to discover that love doesn’t make her weak, to show the gentle side that we saw with Marti in particular also to other people...
- A lot of scenes from the Allaguis family life
- The nickname they gave her in S1 to be addressed, just to say “we were such idiots back then, weren’t we?”
- Rami and his friends to lovely dorks
- Salvini’s voodoo doll
- Martino to still live at home with his mom, like any teenager in Italy would
- Too see more of Marti’s mom... Like, if he’s working with Sana she could go over to his house, instead of Nico’s?
- Nico to be the one to talk about his past
DO NOT WANT
- This season to become about some romantic drama (Malik - ??? - Sana / Marti - Louai - Nico)
- The karaoke scene unless Nico is singing 883
- Marti to fight Malik and his friends for ANY OTHER REASON than hearing an ill timed comment / lighthearted joke about Nico (you know, the ‘WE are allowed to say that about Ni, NOT YOU’ kind)
- FOR NICOTINO TO BE LIVING TOGETHER, FFS
Predictions about future careers:
Sana - Lawyer
Eleonora - owner of Rome most renowned greenhouse, fulfilled florist with a lot of sides projects
Edoardo - Lawyer, CEO
Martino - Film/Art/Food/Music critic, probably
Niccolò - Children’s book illustrator / comics artist / composer / perfume and infusions maker (with Eleonora) + part-time primary school teacher of Art
Eva - Publicist
Gio - Professor of history in high school, preschool teacher or proofreader for some big shot editor like Einaudi, Mondatori, etc.
Silvia - Wedding planner, together with Federica
Luca - Dentist. You know he just looks like the kind of guy that tries to have a conversation with your mouth is open wide and he’s working on your teeth
Elia - Psychologist
Filippo - Architect and designer
BONUS:
Chicco Rodi - Chaotic Deux ex Machina
Blue’s Clues
read on ao3
Summary: "Martino found out about Filippo and Elia like he was on Blue’s Clue. A trail of Easter eggs, a series of date nights with Nico and game nights with the Contrabbanddieri… until the truth had basically been drawn out for him on a white board. When he looked back at all of it, things were far more obvious than any of them would have liked to admit, but blame it on him being too worried about the maturità, too enamored with Nico, you name it, he didn’t put the puzzle pieces together until there was almost no puzzle to play with anymore."
or Marti thinks Elippo is dating and investigates
Final Countdown: Week 1 - The prompts
Hi there. After careful consideration I realized that not everyone likes to work on a day to day basis... And whereas I saw other Fandom Week just publishing the prompts the day before the week started, I decided to give creators some time to come up with their content.
Day one (May 1st): Città eterna
Day two (May 2nd): Verde / Bianco / Rosso
Day three (May 3rd): Quattro Stagioni / Silvia Mirabella (since it's her birthday 🎉 )
Day four (May 4th): Festival
Day five (May 5th): Football
Day six (May 6th): Italian Proverbs / Idioms / Sayings (Martino&Sana would you like to go with ‘Chi si fa i cazzi propri campa cent’anni’, but you can find many more on Wikipedia, with their translation)
Day seven (May 7th): Pride
These prompts are ideas, elements that you need to include in your work. How? It's up to you.
Take Day4. Does it have to be about a specific one? No.
It can be about any festival. Can it be a work inspired by a song that participated to Sanremo? Or about the live concert in Rome on the 1st of May?
Absolutely. As our lovely boys would say "Fate un po' il cazzo che ve pare" 🤣❤️ (do whatever you want).
I’ll try to have Week 2 prompts ready and published here asap.
Hope to see some more life on the tag :) ! (which is our main aim, as we say in Italian ‘Non stiamo a scrivere il Mulino del Po’ = ‘we aren’t trying to re-write War&Pace’
