I'm doing a feature story on the rise of Nail Art and I was hoping some of you nail fans could help me out by answering a few questions~

What do you think about the rise of nail art over the past two years?

Do you consider painting your nails an "art form"? If so why?

On youtube there are a few beauty gurus that participate in nail art as part of the "make up regiment". Would you say that doing your nails falls under make up?

Should nail art be a "girls only" or feminine staple? 

In connection to that would you think less of a guy if he painted his nails? What about a girl? Why is that?

Some companies/jobs forbid you to paint your nails "crazy" colors. Does that seem to go too far? Why do you think the decorations on nails might be considered "unprofessional" or not "family friendly"?

Do you think that sometimes nail art goes too far?
