This is our final outcome for our film. It took a very long time to create and ended up being 20 minutes like a full episode, even though at first we thought it would be 5-10 minutes. The concept here is that it is a group of College students attempting to create a puppet show for their project. The budget starts high at £220k, but is wasted on useless junk and is brought down to £200, causing anger, hence the title of the pilot episode 'Bankrupt'. As they use the last of their remaining budget to try and bring together a puppet show, many fights break out, friendships are broken, egos are shown and messes are made. They decide to create their own puppets because they are now broke, and the puppet show turns out to be awful. But thanks to the fact that they are not the brightest bunch, they think it's good. However, their tutor does not, and yells at them. Suddenly, the real camera man appears out of nowhere, apologising on being late. And then we find out that the camera man we used was a random person.
There is an ethical issue here, however. During the outro, it was pointed out that there are faces of people passing by. We did not ask for permission from any of those people. They just got in the shot. This can be classed as unethical, not morally right, because we are using their faces for our project without their permission, and they do not know about it.
