Aha one of my faves❤️ #stralayoga principle of movement #3 Move From Your Middle🌟as always allow the breath to propel the movement, inhale fill the belly, exhale and soften. Inhale move from the belly and hips allow the arms and everything else go for the ride. Big inhale open the belly to one side, exhale/soften in the center and go for the other side.
