Crystal it is 4:30 am and I just finished reading. That was an absolute masterpiece! You can really tell the amount of time and effort you and Cass put into crafting the story and idea. I absolutely love that you put such an emphasis on continuous consent and communication. What a journey that was and it was wonderful to see your characters work through that together. @cal-puddies and I have been talking about how interesting it is to us that most of the comments we've received have highlighted this trust/communication/consent aspect - from the start, we wrote them as a very open and communicative couple so that when Cal started to shut down, it would've been immediately noticeable for her; the constant check-ins during sex just felt right given how vulnerable he was letting himself be.

It's something that just happened naturally in the writing process for us but the fact that it's striking such a chord with people makes us glad it turned out that way and is leaving such an impression. Let's normalize that in our content!
