With parents jailed, more migrant children are being sent to foster homes with signs of separation trauma, caregivers say.
Don't let these children just disappear without a trace. They ARE wanted, loved, and have families. That isn't the problem. The problem is the racially bigotted people who for some reason fear people who speak another language. They forget that not all that long ago their own family members spoke languages that they would not understand. Even the English that the Pilgrims spoke would be suspect to these people. Ignorance breeds fear. Fear leads to hatred. Hatred leads to bigotry. We have to stop this with education, compassion, and openness.
