My LGS just got to advanced plus and I've been wanting to get judge qualified. Does my LGS need a qualified judge? What's the process of becoming judge qualified?

This question is probably better suited for magicjudge! I haven't looked into it enough to know.

Alakazam Blaiziken Salamence

The first 2 are pretty close, but this is my ranking:

Salamance

All super swaggy Pokemon with kicking Mega Evolutions. Alakazam was my favorite way back in Red, and I had one leading my team in Alpha Sapphire as well (although I use Blaziken for battling more often in general, and he lead my team for my first time beating Ruby).

What about phage as the black planeswalker?

That would be really awesome. I also had the thought of Marit Lage, but apparently she's only "planeswalker like", but not actually a walker.

So in the case of any of the Ordeals, I would still be the one controlling the enchantment and, if the creature had three counters, would be the one sacrificing the enchantment. Right?

Yes, you would be the one to sacrifice and get the effect of the Ordeal.

If another player takes control of an enchanted creature you control, you still control the enchantment correct?

Correct, though it is still enchanting the same creature.

Note that if the aura says something like "Enchant creature you control", like the card Spirit Loop, it will fall off if you lose control of the creature
