Workout Fail
You ever workout - see something. You predict something will go wrong and think “ha that would be funny- oh well” and then it happens? Yeah, I set up the pull-up bar in the door frame and it unhooked while i was on the second pull-up. I fell but I have quick reactions so i made sure the bar didn’t smash the floor and that my fall was softened. I just laid on the floor holding the bar thinking “...yeah i guess i knew something wasn’t set right.” Some wood chips on the floor from the frame. Easy to fix and just reset the bar, tightened up the loosened screws and continued my workout.
The moral of this story is....check your equipment and follow your gut - or learn how to fall and laugh. BUT ALWAYS finish your workout!
