6. what's your go-to recipe when you want to make something that requires minimal effort?
If we're talking absolute minimum and still dinner-worthy (ish), I'd say the very simplest I'll do (tho I'll more commonly do this for lunch) is chop some cherry tomatoes and chuck 'em in a pan with some olive oil and Italian herbs (maybe a clove of garlic if I have it and feel like it). Roast until the smell is right and the juices are escaping nicely. Meanwhile boil some pasta. Toss A with B, maybe grate some cheese over the top if you're feeling fancy and wanna go the extra mile (or if you have grated parmesan it's even easier), and Bob's your uncle. Literally like 4 steps and it makes for a perfectly adequate minimal meal that contains a little bit of veg lmao. If you have the energy and don't mind a bit of extra chopping, you can easily add some bell pepper and/or courgette, but fresh cherry tomato pasta is as I said the literal bare minimum that I'll gladly make!
