Only half-related to festivals, but the Year 1 Scavenger Hunt for the current Anniversary had my first character Finnvi facing an old enemy - Baugarch, the lvl 15 elite warg who absolutely demolished her the first time she ran into him in the Chetwood :D The poll is for anyone who'd like to commiserate; please share your own unfortunate decisions in the tags!

I have no idea why I never posted this here; it's been my icon all this time, and I still love it so much!

(OC rambles below the cut)

Finnvi was my first ever LOTRO character (who in all my years of playing has gotten up to level 90, lol)! I post about her so rarely, but she is the reason for my blog title too. She would hate me for this though; she takes pride in being a Laketowner and thinks the people of Dale are all royalist snobs.

Some of her ancestors came from the lands of Rhûn, but she grew up the daughter of tanners in Lake-town. As a youth she got wrapped up in some unsavoury business and ended up fleeing moving to Eriador.

Right now I am trying to figure out what to do with her - she has made friends and had adventures in the pre-war time, but I never planned out a story for her or decided what she'd be doing during and after the war. I would like to bring her back home because she loves the Long Lake more than anything... so if you happen to have characters in the vicinity let me know!
