@fionali
“Yeah, see, here’s the thing. I have totally and completely adapted to the mundane life of non-crime and I don’t have any reason to change that. I have everything I could possibly want. So what can you offer to convince me?”
One of the good things about being at Declan’s beck and call is it required her to have a set of all his keys, or at least the important ones. Both the apartment in Toronto, the loft in New York, and Fiona’s... for emergencies of corse. He’d just assume she was there to check in or make friends with his family and not for pre-AA meet ups or like they were now, drunk bitch fest.
Vanessa was already pretty drunk when she arrived at Fiona’s place. “Hello! Very cute package for a Fiona Coyne!” she joked calling out into @celestinearabellacoyne‘s apartment. “A Very cute and tipsy one who will sit through Gilmore Girls if you cuddle her!”
“That... um that charity thing you do,” Michaela paused, eyes drifting from the floor to @celestinearabellacoyne‘s. “Is it... is it common for the girls to not remember something happened to them?”
Went into the tags and apparently @roleplaytipsandadvice is back? Everyone, please be extremely cautious if you decide to engage with Fiona. There are many callout about her out there for things that she has dismissed as jokes when they were not.
‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾ veronica feat. fiona
located in julio’s. this is a closed starter for @retrocuts
veronica left her entire family behind when moving to shrike heights. she was glad to do it at the time, but admittedly it was hard being away from all you had once known. even when veronica didn’t have much tying her to her hometown - a fact that had made it so easy for her to blindly follow a love interest to another country without hesitation - she discovered she had taken certain things for granted and left without realising she would miss them. certain things she missed were means of comfort and comforting figures that she no longer had available to her in this strange, small town. all was not lost, however! it was right to say that veronica no longer had old means of comfort, but she was a spritely young person who could definitely commit herself to finding what she needed no matter where she went.
they couldn’t say they had many people looking out for them here in shrike heights - that being a kind of comfort that they needed perhaps the most right now - but they were confident in saying that fiona was a person who both cared for them and comforted them. it was fortunate that the two worked together, as that meant veronica often knew where to find fiona at any time of need. they didn’t like to burden her with every problem, but they knew she was someone they could trust and that promise alone worked wonders. it wasn’t always for explicit comfort, sometimes more just for conversation or company - though those things were comforting in their own ways. either way, fiona was a good provider and veronica considered herself extremely lucky to know the woman.
today was a hard day for veronica. a lot of days had difficult moments in them and had since the beginning of the attacks in shrike heights but since veronica encountered the skeleton at the end of a shift at key of reason things had been especially hard. understandably. though she had taken the first few days off of work to try to rest and recover she found she couldn’t stand the loneliness at home or the lack of stimuli that she found there. today she had a shift at julio’s that she hoped would work to take her mind off of what she had endured, but in an act of desperation she had arrived at the bar nearly an hour before she was scheduled to start. she didn’t mind it, preferring to have something to focus her mind on rather than the vivid picture of her attack, and she thought it was especially nice walking in to see fiona there. she waved and spoke once she caught her eye. “hey.” she smiled. “i didn’t realise you were on today. i’m glad you are.”
