BreadTalk (面包物语) best-selling bun is the Flosss (松松) - Savoury pork floss (chicken in some other countries) gently pat atop a soft bun that is coated with their signature egg cream. At S$2.10 a bun, it is pretty expensive but if you have their Rewards card and purchased the S$18.60 for 12 buns top up, each bun cost only S$1.50 (valid for S$2.30 bun and below). Pardon my first picture, the bun should look fluffy like those in the second image because mine had been kept overnight in a plastic bag. Those buns in the back row are the Fire Flosss (火辣松松), a spicy version of its cousin.
