From my backlog of pictures came this Salted Egg Flosss (S$2.20) and Hazel Cacao (S$2) from BreadTalk Singapore (面包物语). The former is yet another variation to the pork floss bun but flavoured with salted egg yolk this time. While the latter is hazelnuts and chocolate filling in a chocolate natural yeast dough, dressed in buolo (菠萝) crumbles.
