Prehensile
For your character design challenge - a Flame Monk (or a Blackflame Monk) character, OR: a Guilty/Fire Cultist character (idk what they're called, I can't find it anywhere. The ones who look like the Chapel Dweller that cast Briars of Sin, and follow the Flame Monks around)
Why not both?
"Guatu and Ardor, a Fire Monk and Red Robed Cultist that are never far from one another.
They keep in the traditions of their people and hope to one day return to the mountains and rekindle their roles to tend to the flames once brought by the Giants. Their incantations are powerful alone, but together, they are a force that some may call impossible to put down; much like flames they wish to once day return to.
If danger falls on one, the other will come swiftly to aid them in battle. Never cross this duo alone for the chances of getting out of their sights alive are slim."
This was fun, not gonna lie! I really like their overall designs in game, so it was a great opportunity to try my hand at making something of them! :D Of course I added a few twists of my own in the design so hopefully it turned out for the best!
Here’s Jo Iwamatsu, a way of the four elements monk, who may bare a bit of a resemblance to another fiery old man from a well loved cartoon. I liked the second thumbnail more, but that’s how these things go.

As said in my previous post he is a fire monk, and that means he ha sworn to a life of celibacy. In the future he will have to make a difficult choice as he falls in love with a young woman named Pomeline. He can either confess to the monastery to live with her, but that will strip him of his title among fellow monks, and it will mark him forever as an outcast from their temple. He can never return to his former life...
He could also keep her a secret, leave her and continue on his path. But would he ever be happy then?
I had to doodle him with Pomeline, after he gets cast out, because in the end his heart speaks true and he choose to live with her ❤️

I redesigned my panda, Flint. XD now he's a fire elementalist bull monk. Long live the bull! Flint: Moo? Side note: this is my first time drawing a bull character.
The Blackflame "Notice Me Senpai" Monk
Trying to colour more of my characters! This is Bayle, a character I came up with around this time last year. He is a calm and collected master of martial arts, and he teach young kids how to meditate and focus. He is kind and gentle of nature, even with his fiery inheritance.
He grew up on a monastery among fire monks. A group of people dedicated to understand and harness the powers of nature. Their ways are mysterious and takes years to master. Bayle was taken in because he carried the potential to do great. He is no fierce warrior, but he is a great mentor to the children of the towns close by.
