literally having a weird case in my hostel last night where the smoke and smell of electric clouding over but the firefighter & wardens didnt even believe our senior and us ( from what i gather, ) and shit what the actual fuck we're suppose to go to school rn instead have to stay outside of hostel with shit we only have because they don't find the sources?

the lower form & our senior witnessed the smoke and light from the small room ( ironing cloths room ) at the end of block B, and the rest of us from BLOCK C just smell some electric things where the short circuit happen.

from what i heard at first, it was a firecrackers things ( but doesn't make sense because the smoke is like on the other end of other block, ) and probably because of the clothes iron left on since the evening. few sts also heard some grumble noises from the room and like something hitting and crack.

but none of us have the evidence unless the student from our batch but she only got 2s of voice note - safe to assume it's the small room noises. our senior also have the smoke coming out from the upper floor ( the small room's ) but none of them believe it that much.

still, they didn't found the sources where the fire come from and they still investigating it until rn. tbh i'll go with the second assumption of the clothes iron than the firecrackers. but for now we didnt really know and we're asked to rest in our hostel while the firefighter & warden patrolling around, still trying to figure out what actually happen in our hostel.

when we already at the assembly point, there's few people screaming, having panic attack and such. it was scary indeed but thankfully none of them was from people i know. i'll be scared to be fair. ( additional story ; a girl screaming/experiencing hysteria the evening before the stuff happen, idk ) they literally trashing around and it sad to see such a sight.

our senior handled it well though, and the discipline/hostel staff faculty as well.

BUT. i don't get it. how can the warden who's house literally next to the small room didnt detect anything? :( why would we want to risk everyone's life in this 3 block consisting 53 room with 8 people each room? not to mention other 1 block with 29 room?

but hopefully they'll find the sources soon, because it's not really safe to sleep here at night :(

and the last thing i want to heard was guys from our school literally bein' rude :(.

nonetheless i'll keep this post updated time to time. wanted to do it last night but i was tired.
