But it’s a nice group, we barely have any drama (even tho when it hits, it hits big) and we all appreciate each other a lot. I like this side of the fandom :)

God I love that man, like yeah Cullen is pretty, but I just have such a better time with Blackwalls romance. Probably because I’m a sucker for punishment and I love angst. But it still has the chance for a happy ending I’d normally only find in fic

That's what I'm thinking!! I'm going to save him and side with the Templars and see how I feel cause the drama makes me sob very ugly. And I liked him in DA2 so I felt bad about it :<
Korriban was always a frightening place. Even the most terrible and powerful Darth’s often felt a twinge of fear in the back of their minds when they set foot on the rugged red planet. It was a place of power and of death, and most importantly, a whirlwind of darkside energy.
Frightening, yes. But for most, it was well worth it. If one survived the horrors and challenges, it meant they were Sith. Truly worthy of the power they held.
There was almost never any sort of ceremony when one reached that place. At least not anything public. A Lord or Darth would tell an acolyte that they were worthy of becoming an apprentice and they would go from there, safe from further trials.
Well, further trials on Korriban, at least.
For some though, Korriban was the least of their problems.
Ishala Kito had survived.
She hadn’t just survived, the young woman had thrived. She had absolutely thrived in the climate that destroyed so many, both physically and mentally. Every task, no matter how dark, how evil, had been taken on with gusto. The overseers started playing her as a favorite, and the acolytes who objected to that seemed to disappear. Obviously off in the wilderness, of course.
But now that she was out, at the recommendation of Darth Quanin to become his apprentice, there was a trial she was not looking forward to.
Her parents.
Both powerful Sith Lords themselves, it had been assumed that she would finish her studies after Korriban with one or even both of them. Her mother Profa, who had taken the name and title of her former master, Darth Amaranthe, had much to teach. The Rattataki woman, who had gone from the houseslave of a Hutt to a Darth, was particularly skilled in straight out Force powers, while Dane Kito, her Togruta father, had more subtle, but just as important skills, at his disposal.
Both of them aliens, and naturally incompatible, it had taken some difficult darkside alchemy to bring her into the world. They felt that she belonged to them even moreso than a completely natural child would.
However, she couldn’t ignore the calling of Darth Quanin. Should she decline, the volatile Darth would be severely unhappy and Ishala would feel the brunt of it. She hadn’t survived the trials of Korriban to be immediately killed by her new Master.
It was with great trepidation that the young woman entered in her parents number to the holocom. Deciding between the wrath of her parents and Quanin was proving difficult. After all, both of her parents could be slightly volatile themselves.
But there was still hope. Her father especially had a soft spot for her, much as he had the young woman who came before her that she never did meet. And if Dane could assuage Profa, then it might not be too bad.
Ishala took a deep breath as a holographic image of her parents showed up, both of them hurrying to take the call as soon as it was received. Her mother had even removed the bone mask she was prone to wearing, that excited to see her daughter. Dane looked as stately as ever.
“Ishi,” he said, using her abbreviated name fondly. “We were hoping this call would come soon.”
“Yes, papa. I have succeeded.”
The look of pride on both Dane and Profa’s face could be seen even through the holographic images.
“Excellent!” her mother added. “We shall continue training immediately. When will you be home?”
And there it was. The moment harder than anything she had gone through on Korriban. Swallowing, she offered her parents a wry grin, trying to look like she wasn’t absolutely frightened. “Well… about that.”
It didn’t take long for her to explain, to inform them of Darth Quanin’s interest in her. About how she had captured his eye after her triumphs on Korriban. Neither of her parents said anything throughout that, and their holographic images never moved a single inch.
And then she finally paused, looking up at them with trepidation in her blue eyes.
Only Dane spoke, and his voice was level and dry. “If that is your decision, we will accept it. Please keep in touch, Ishala.”
The holocom call ended and Ishala took another deep breath. “…That went better than expected.”
And so it was, until three weeks later, when Darth Quanin was found dead, tortured and battered.

but when they are born elf/qunari baby, would they be grey with longer ears and mini horns (when they are older) and will they have their mother’s hair? and eyes? i’d hope so. it would be cute.

:D there needs to be more weddings like that. and hell, you may change your mind later, but it’s always fun to plan for what you want.
There does. I see so many weddings that are focused on being traditional/etc but I know people have other hobbies so I dont know why people dont try to have themed weddings of something the bride/groom/etc both like. I dont see myself changing it (cause lol I want to work in the video game industry) but I definitely will always want some video game aspect in it no matter what, since they have made a huge impact on my life and my boyfriends :D
