I would never be able to understand how life works and I will never doubt God in how we does things. It’s crazy to think that we both had to sign a paper, pick a day to leave for BMT, the military selecting us to be in the same squadron although 5 weeks apart, our MTIs choosing us to be chapel guides, your sister flight becoming my big sister flight, meeting at your last chapel guide meeting because you had the guts to come and talk to a first weeker, us realizing that we BOTH had the best job in the USAF aka fire protection, you graduating BMT the last day of November, leaving to tech school, leaving for exodus, me graduating BMT, getting to tech school, seeing you the next day that you are back from vacations, realizing we had met before, and then... the rest is history. You became my partner in crime, my dinner date everyday, my flag football rival, my shoulder to cry, my supporter, my study buddy, my cuddle buddy and better yet, my best friend. It was only a matter of time for us to realize that it was game over. That we are more to each other than what we like to admit. I love you so much and now that you have graduated from the fire academy, I can only express how happy and proud I am of you. My best friend is a fucking bad ass and I love you so much! The connection that we’ve got, I never had that before and I am never letting go of it either. I am so happy for you and the operational Air Force just got the best firefighter ever. I’m next! Love you and I’ll see you sooner than we think!
Ending my weekend by doing risky but fun shit is our kind of way of doing things around here. Being a firedawg has definitely giving me much strength and now I ain’t really scared of anything... except clowns. I still hate clowns.
