     Not many men came in for such things, unless escorted by Jenny or another Blue Pegasus female member. Yet, Natsu was an ally of the guild and maybe in need. Stature was calm, collective to the information drawn by the others body language and features.

      Natsu’s words silenced him despite the other most likely not having the intention to do so. The very statement that was made simply struck Freed with a realization, causing his brows to furrow in an undefined display of emotion.

      It was true that the fire dragon slayer and him weren’t particularly close - not as close as he was with other parts of his family, all the people he kept dear. Though that didn’t change anything about the fact that Natsu belonged to them - to the people that had given his life a new meaning. To the people that had helped him find where he belonged. Natsu was his guild mate, and that meant that he cared.

      There had been no lack of determination when the pink-haired male made his declaration and finally, the Raijinshuu’s captain emitted a barely audible sigh. Greenish blue gaze settled on Natsu’s face and he crossed his arms, falling into a comfortable, familiar posture.

     “I suppose my words were a bit… mistakable.” It could happen to him, too. He, the one who always put emphasis on how words had to be chosen well and careful because their meanings could vary so quickly and so much. “It wasn’t my intention to come across as uncaring.”

He could barely move, tail lashing weakly at his backside as he laid on the ground. Cursing under his breath his wings beat as he tried to move but felt pain in his side. “Dammit...”

Happy was with Lucy, what a time to be alone. He knew he wasn’t far from town but he had no contact with anyone else in the guild after he went on the job alone.

He had thought he could do it alone - how wrong he was.

Groaning in pain he hissed as the burning feeling finally reached his throat and he felt like throwing up. Squeezing his eyes shut he shook his head only to find that made him dizzy and out of sorts as a great unease of unconsciousness decided to take him.
