31. How would they describe one another?
We don't have a long enough character count for how Gale would describe Tavrin lol. Sure he'd rave about her beauty in poetic ways, but he's also quick to compliment her wit and cunning. If he were asked to describe her flaws, he would admit them, but in a way that it's like he finds them charming because even if they do annoy him he would NEVER trash talk his lady to anyone. Very much, "Oh, she's not exactly the best judge of character but I suppose nobody can be perfect~" Tavrin is much more simple lol. "Brilliant. Grandiose. Funny. Charming. Sexy. Insufferable. Arrogant. Audacious. Mine." (she says all of these as compliments. Even the negatives turn her on).
38. What would be their ideal evening in?
Dinner Gale made, some good booze to go with it. Some sort of board game or card game or just talking on the balcony or the roof. Luxurious bath together (they will probably have sex in it). Then bed. Where they will have sex (even if they already did that in the tub). Nights out can get a little wild, so nights in they like it simple.
45. What's the worst thing the other can say to one?
OH. Oh this is hard. I don't think either of them will say this because they're too good to each other and tend to communicate really well, but I think the worst thing they could say to each other, is actually the same for both of them: "You're just like your father."
97. How do they wake their S/O up? Is it difficult to rouse them?
Since she's a drow (technically. mostly), Tav is up waaaay before Gale every morning. So it's pretty rare that he's ever waking her up (on the off days where he does get to, he'd probably try to rouse her just enough to get some lazy morning sex in on that rare opportunity). Tav doesn't generally need to wake Gale up. But if she does, she has a plethora of techniques in her arsenal depending on her mood, the day, and the reason he needs to get up. Usually it's very playful in nature: swiping his pillow out from under his head so his face smacks into the mattress, taking her pillow and slamming it onto his lower back, slipping the blanket off him and smacking his ass if he's laying on his stomach. But if they've got nowhere to be and is feeling particularly frisky, she has some 'fun' methods to 'arouse' him~

😈 Which companion would have the worst time reading your fanfiction about them?
Oh Gale hands down. Not only have I kidnapped his wife from him, I gave him a birthday that I'm just now realizing falls on the following days: 1 ) AR: His wife has been missing for near a month and he doesn't know where she is still 2) DLMKY: he just had a tadpole put in his head 3 days ago and now the Arcane Hunger is hitting and he has to fight a bunch of harpies. Not to mention that, while he's very kinky and clear about his intentions with his partner, I do believe he's also private about those moments so I think he might be horrified to realize I've published his sexual escapades with his wife in very explicit, sordid detail for the world to see.
⛰️ Which character’s backstory fascinates you the most to expand on in writing?
Yeah so, Gale again LMAO. I feel like his is the one I dive the deepest into for sure. The effects of how he dealt with the Orb, his small friendship circle deteriorating because of it, how it strained his relationship with his mother, the struggle of that cycle of "fight to survive > give up > find hope > rinse and repeat", the fact he was picked up in Yartar by the nautiloid. I am the most attached to him, and therefore his is the one I expand on the most I think. Tavrin/Durge is a close second, but because hers is shrouded in the fog of amnesia, I haven't expanded on it much. Yet. That's about to change in Anamnesis Red lol.
✊Which camp dynamic (pair or group) do you think deserves far more attention than fandom gives it?
Gale and Lae'zel is my first thought, because I adore them and their differences so much. Also I just love watching Gale interact with dangerous women xD But also Minthara and Karlach. Like...their alignments are SO different and at one time they couldn't even be in your party simultaneously, so there's very little content between them in game. But like...Minthara CLEARLY admires Karlach. And if Orin kidnaps Minthara, Karlach is pissed and calls her "MY Minthara". Like...I need to know MORE about the dynamic there. Need to see more. I crave it.

Shadowheart 3 - How does she react to their appreciation or dislike of the gods generally speaking?
Actually pretty pragmatic. Fresh-amnesia Tavrin is very much oblivious to gods in general. She doesn't know jack about most of them (the only one she really gave any attention to pre-tadpole was Bhaal and Bane), and she doesn't recall her heritage or worship of Bhaal, so Shadowheart saying she's a Sharran is no different to Tavrin than Halsin saying he's a druid. Like "Oh, okay. Whatever." She doesn't really care. Tav's disdain for the gods doesn't develop until later when she learns about her origins and Mystra tells Gale to blow himself up. She basically takes up a stance of "fuck the gods, we don't need them". She actively hates the dead 3 (and Loviatar later in Anamnesis Red for Reasons), but all the other gods she's like "Whatever. Idgaf about them." regardless of the god's alignment, its all the same to her. While Shadowheart doesn't agree with Tav's opinions on the matter, she also understands why Tav is this way, and Tav's respect for (or rather, tolerance of) her faith makes it easier for Shadowheart to respect her lack thereof.

Gale 2 - What does he think about their cooking and culinary tastes?
He thinks she's a fucking barbarian lmao. That woman can't cook to save her life. She puts meat on a stick, puts it on the fire for as long as patience allows, and eats it regardless of internal temperature. No salt, no pepper. She won't eat mushrooms. It's a struggle to get her to eat vegetation at all without hiding it in meat or cheese or bread. Though Tavrin likes his cooking, she'll eat like, anything that hasn't grown in the dirt so it's hardly a token of flattery. BUT hey, at least she's easy to please so long as he doesn't try sticking mushrooms in her soup. He's just happy to feed her (particularly, feed her meals with more than 1 ingredient and more diverse nutritional value).

answered here lmao but it's short so I'll paste it haha Probably yeah! And yes, she absolutely would. Tavrin is a smoker in modern AU, but in canon verse, while I don't see Tav as a regular cigar enjoyer, I do think she'd indulge on occasion if offered (though Gale probably is not a fan of the smell).

Besides Rugan? Let's see here...this is so hard because I feel like I already appreciated just about everyone the fandom loves and many the fandom hates lol (Mayrina, Araj, etc). There's a few popular ones like Halsin and He Who Was that I don't have a problem with but haven't really jumped on board for still. Rugan might be the only one who I can attribute to fandom being what kicked off my appreciation tbh. The rest I was already kinda there or still am not lol.

16. A tiny detail in canon that you want more people to appreciate.
The cheeky way Larian acknowledges plot holes without explaining them. Like, when Astarion's spawn siblings come invade your room at the Elfsong. You go talk to Minthara and she's like "how'd they get in here without an invitation?!" and Gale's banter with Lae'zel where he's like "hey, if you guys lay eggs, why do you have a belly button" and she just goes "I didn't say you could gaze upon my midriff". LOL like this shit kills me. I love it. The blatant "yeah, we know. fuck it." level of almost breaking that 4th wall is so charming to me xD
