❣ - handsIn the Canon verse, Mel’s hands are thin and appear delicate but are actually quite strong. Her hands are worn and calloused, she has a couple scars, her hands are just kind of rough due to all that she does with them. In the Modern verse, Mel’s hands are thin, delicate, and rather soft. She usually wears 3 rings on her left hand (her middle finger, ring finger, and thumb) and a ring on the middle finger of her right hand. ♮ - body typeIn the Canon verse, Mel is tall, thin, a bit toned but not enough to be unattractive. She is strong and relatively flexible and her skin is kind of tan from being out in the sun on a daily basis. Mel has many, many scars all over. Most of them are waist up, due to most of her beatings that caused scars being on her back, shoulders, torso, etc. She has a couple scars on her legs, one scar was from an arrow she took the side of her knee. Mel has one on the side of her upper left arm from a sword fight and tiny scar by her right eyebrow/eye. Her upper half is really kind of rough and looks..what some may say..mutilated. She would have had a very pretty body but that doesn’t really work out if you’re put through the wringer and then some. In the Modern verse, Mel is, once again, tall and of average weight, it’s just spread out due to being tall. Her frame looks..average I guess, except when she wears some things, she looks more tiny and delicate, even though she’s not. Mel is kind of strong. She’s not weak but she’s not as strong as the average guy either. Her skin is fair though she claims she’s pale. ✉ - texting habitsMelissa is the type to usually text back fast unless she happens to be busy enough that she just can’t, she’s distracted, or for some really odd reason, she doesn’t have her phone. She types really fast and typically doesn’t go back and read her message till after she sends it, so if she doesn’t catch a typo or autocorrect before hand, it gets sent and she’ll have to reply: *(correction) Or if it’s minor she’ll just leave it. Mel really needs to double check her messages beforehand though because she makes way to many mistakes from typing too fast. However if’s a tweet or something like that, she looks over everything very carefully *shrugs*❅ - keeping warm/keeping cool techniquesIn the Canon verse, things don’t really change except in the winter she’ll layer her clothes more and where her cloak in the camp. In hot weather, she ties her hair up, wears lighter clothes (that still protect), and doesn’t wear her cloak more than she has to. Idk, it’s pretty simple cause there isn’t a whole lot she can do.In the Modern verse, Mel does what the rest of us do. She wears shorts and t-shirts or tank tops. She sometimes wears her hair up (preferably in a ponytail) and goes to the beach. However, she hates flip flops and doesn’t like sandals unless they’re Chacos.✪ - favourite food/eating habitsFavorite food? …..Mel loves food a lot so.. yeah.. can’t really answer that, but I guess I can tell you types of food. She likes Italian, some Mexican, chicken in general, a giant chocolate and sweets lover (candy, desserts, etc.), typical things you can get at dinners (fries, burgers, milkshakes, etc.)… She just likes food, idk what else to say.Even though it doesn’t look like it.. Mel has a big mouth, so she tends to take bigger bites. When at home, she thinks nothing of taking her usual big bites of food, but when she’s out in public, she tries to take smaller bites because it’s better manners/more polite. Unless Mel is really comfortable with you, she prefers not to eat around or in front of you. That’s why she’s never been a big fan of going out to eat on the first date unless she was already really good friends with the other person.
