Have a #Garunix that's heavily inspired from Funkos Red Eyes shirt that I got recently. My wife wanted a shirt like that with her favourite creature instead. So here it is. :D Probably doing an Ancient Gear Golem for myself next <3

True Kinglords
I did this like a year ago. A yugioh fanart of my favorite archetype, the Fire Kings! What's not to love about this archetype? Chinese/Indian/Balinesse inspired, beast warriors, their effects trigger when destroyed so they're kinda suicidal, they aren't a degenerate meta deck. I love them. Also, DAMN it is hard to draw yugioh cards, so much details, and these are simplified veresions!

Fire Kings - 2K13 DECK PROFILE!
Hello and WELCOME to my latest deck profile! Today's deck, as the title suggests is my newest version of Fire Kings! After months of variants such as 'Blow Sh*t Up!', 'Hazy Kings' and 'Fire King Burner', I've finally found the formula that makes Fire Kings so darn dangerous! With new cards popping up from Number Hunters and Judgement of the Light, Fire King decks can now finally let loose and cause some absolute destruction! So, without further ado, let's get down to business!
MONSTERS:
So, as always, we'll start with the monsters! You've got 17 monsters to play with, and they are:
Fire King High Avatar Garunix (3 copies)
Ah, Garunix! Your boss monster of the Deck! The combos with this card can be devastating! Before Judgement of the Light, the only problem with Garunix was that, if you ran 3, you'd have the likelihood of dead-drawing him more often than not. In the meantime, you could've only gotten rid of it, somewhat efficiently, by means of Hand Destruction and Hazy Flame Peryton, and then using Circle of the Fire Kings on the latter to bring Garunix into play. But, that's no longer the case, all thanks to a card, that, I'll be going into detail, later on!
Fire King Avatar Barong (3 copies)
Barong is your searcher of the Deck. And he's an 1800 beat stick. And he's a Beast-Warrior. He's also Level 4. He's FIRE. And he's got 200 defence. What does this all mean for Barong? Well, Barong can search out any Fire King card from you deck when he's destroyed (bar himself, or otherwise he'd be broken!), he's searchable via Fire Formation - Tenki, can be Special Summoned from your Graveyard by Rekindling, and can also be Special Summoned from your Deck by the effect of Flamvell Firedog! This card is definitely versatile! When using his search effect, consider what you've got in your hand - If you have Onslaught of the Fire Kings, fetch Circle of the Fire Kings, and vice-versa.
Fire King Avatar Yaksha (3 copies)
When I heard Yaksha was being released in Judgement of the Light...I got so excited! We FINALLY have a card that can sort out those dead-draw Garunixes! Like Barong, Yaksha is a Beast-Warrior, Level 4, FIRE, an 1800 beat stick, and has 200 defence. Meaning, that Yaksha is as versatile as Barong, but Yaksha, is much more broken! Because when Yaksha gets blown up (regardless of how, and by who!), he can destroy a card in YOUR HAND or on the field! Meaning that you can DESTROY Garunix IN YOUR HAND and THEN get his effect the next turn! Thanks Yaksha!
Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Gorilla (2 copies)
A Fire Fist card? In Fire Kings!? Well, hear me out. Gorilla, like Barong and Yaksha, is a Level 4 FIRE Beast-Warrior. You'll understand the correlation soon! Gorilla can pop back row by sending a Fire Formation card you control to the Graveyard. Not only this, but if Gorilla destroys a monster by battle, he can set another Fire Formation Spell Card directly from the Deck. Definitely the tech-card of this Deck. I would've gone for 1 Gorilla and 1 Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Bear, but 2 Gorillas are much better, as this Deck doesn't totally rely on back row hate.
Coach Soldier Wolfbark (2 copies)
This card. This card is NUTS! This card right here, is the reason for the correlation of Barong, Yaksha and Gorilla. His effect lets you target a Level 4 FIRE Beast-Warrior in your Graveyard, and Special Summon in face-up Defence Position. That's awesome! Ideal for making Xyz plays! Searchable by Tenki as well! Your perfect setup play Monster!
Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos
I never thought I'd be using Dragon Rulers. But, since they're going to be hit hard (i.e. the baby Dragon Rulers are getting banned), it makes more sense to me to use just one copy of Blaster as a tech card. Think of it like this, I ditch Blaster and, say, Barong to my Graveyard, I pop a card, I then attack with something like Garunix, play Circle, blow up Garunix, special Blaster and inflict a maximum of 5500 damage from just two monsters! Besides, it doesn't matter if he gets blown up anyway. I can bring him back another way...or two!
Flamvell Firedog (3 copies)
Firedog's an excellent card! 1900 beat stick. 200 defender. Special Summons a Fire monster with 200 Defence or less from your Deck when he kills an opponent's monster by battle! And another Rekindling target. The last one actually. Meaning that you have a total of 9 monsters in this Deck with 200 Defence for Rekindling! Not bad!
SPELLS:
Now we're done with monsters, it's time to move onto Spell Cards! There's 16 of them here, and they are:
Onslaught of the Fire Kings (3 copies)
This card right here, is the only reason I choose to go second in every game I play with this Deck! Special Summons a FIRE Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged-Beast from you Deck. Sure it's effects are negated...on the field, and it's destroyed during the End Phase. So...what can you do with this card then? Simple, there's a combo you can do here. First, play Foolish Burial, sending Garunix from your Deck to your Graveyard; then play Onslaught, bringing out another Garunix; then play Circle, and hey presto, you've got the Garunix Loop going!
Circle of the Fire Kings (3 copies)
I love this card! It's versatility often goes unsung, and that's kind of depressing to know! It creates combos, maximises damage in the Battle Phase, and even gets around cards such as Bottomless Trap Hole, Dimensional Prison, and Compulsory Evacuation Device! This card can make or break games, save your monsters from banishment, and reset the Garunix Loop! It's perfect!
Fire Formation - Tenki (2 copies)
Tenki's amazing! Searches Barong, Yaksha, Gorilla AND Wolfbark from your Deck, and adds it to your hand. Gives said monsters, and Bearman as well, a 100 Attack boost, and is ammunition for your Gorilla plays. So consider this as two copies of a searching, boosting equivalent to Mystical Space Typhoon of sorts.
Fire Formation - Tensu
Definitely a playmaker. Tensu, not only provides your Beast-Warriors with another 100 Attack boost, but let's you Normal Summon another Beast-Warrior in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. As mentioned earlier, perfect with Bearman to go into your Giantrainer play. Plus another bullet for Gorilla.
Rekindling (2 copies)
This card wins you games! Special Summons as many FIRE monsters with 200 Defence as possible. So, that's a possible 5 monsters...hmm. Perfect for making some nasty Xyz Summons! Do I really need to say more?
Forbidden Lance (2 copies)
Simply put - I don't wanna get punched in the face. Or, I want to punch THEM in the face when they try to punch ME in the face! I honestly can't think WHY people aren't running this card!
Heavy Storm
A staple. I hate back row. MOVING ON!
Pot of Avarice
Hooray for monster recovery! And drawing extra cards! Makes replacing Horn of the Phantom Beast a good move!
Foolish Burial
It makes plays! Starts the Garunix Loop setup. Loads your Graveyard for Rekindling. Puts a target for Circle in there. Heck, it can even set you up for Wolfbark recovery!
TRAPS:
Now it's time for Trap Cards! 7 of them all in all! And here they are:
Call of the Haunted (2 copies)
CotH is here for when the timing for the Garunix Loop has been disrupted, or, if only one Garunix is in the Graveyard, and Yaksha gets destroyed, chain CotH to Yaksha's effect, Special Garunix from the Graveyard, and have Yaksha pop Garunix. Sorted! That combo alone, has won me games!
Mirror Force (2 copies)
This card is awesome! Enough said! Don't wanna get punched in the face!
Torrential Tribute (2 copies)
Takes care of things. It's good.
The Transmigration Prophecy
Hooray for recycling! Returns cards such as Circle to the Deck, just in case the game rolls on longer than I want it to.
So, that's the main deck! And now for the Extra Deck!
EXTRA DECK:
There's 15 monsters here, all of them being Xyz. They are:
Abyss Dweller
Daigusto Emeral
Diamond Dire Wolf
Evigishki Merrowgeist
Gagaga Cowboy
Lavalval Chain
Maestroke the Symphony Djinn
Number 16: Shock Master
Number 39: Utopia
Number 44: Sky Pegasus
Number 69: Heraldry Crest
Number 91: Thunder Spark Dragon
Photon Papilloperative
Steelswarm Roach
SIDE DECK:
And now to wrap this whole thing up: the side deck:
Tsukuyomi (2 copies)
Kagetokage (3 copies)
Book of Moon
Burial from a Different Dimension
Mystical Space Typhoon (3 copies)
Mind Control
Night Beam (2 copies)
Gozen Match (2 copies)
So, this has been my new Fire Kings deck, from start to finish! I hope you enjoy reading this! And be sure to stick around for some more stuff coming in the future!
Until then, stay beautiful, have fun, and have a great day!
DECK PROFILE: Blow Sh*t Up!
Good morning/evening/afternoon lads and lasses! I'm here with a brand new deck profiling blog, for my new Fire Kings-based deck - "Blow Sh*t Up!". This deck is based on destroying your own Fire Kings to trigger their effects, and watch them blow up the field, control the game, and just create absolute hell!
So, let's get down to it! This deck has 18 Monsters, 13 Spells, and 10 Traps in the Main Deck, and only 2 in the Extra Deck.
Starting off with Monsters, you're going to need:
Fire King High Avatar Garunix (x3)
Fire King Avatar Barong (x3)
Fire King Avatar Kirin (x3)
Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys
Flamvell Firedog (x3)
Yubel (x2)
Yubel - Terror Incarnate (x2)
Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare
Moving onto Spells, you're going to need the following:
Onslaught of the Fire Kings (x3)
Circle of the Fire Kings (x3)
Heavy Storm
Dark Hole
Monster Reborn
Foolish Burial
Pot of Duality (x2)
Rekindling
Next, Traps:
Torrential Tribute
Mirror Force
Call of the Haunted (x3)
Blast With Chain (x2)
Horn of the Phantom Beast (x2)
Regretful Rebirth
So, that's the Main Deck taken care of, now onto the Extra Deck, there's only 2 cards here, and they aren't completely necessary, one's to basically reset the destruction loop of Garunix, and the other is if you're running out of options, and they are:
Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord of Heliopolis
Wind-Up Zenmaines
And that, people, wraps up this deck profile of my newest deck, "Blow Sh*t Up!". Hope you all enjoyed reading it, and I will let you know just how good it is. Will it cause hell? Or will it just burn out too quickly? Who knows!
