15 minutes away from the Fire Temple 🔥 , you can see a part of a mountain🌋 that is constantly at blaze! 🔥Azerbaijan is rich with natural gas 💨and one of it is Methane. 💥According to the history, the whole mountain used to be in flame 😱 but due to constant mining of oil ⚒️ the fire weakened leaving only traces on its base. 🔥🌋 🇦🇿 #wheninazerbaijan #AbaraiTravels #firemountain #yanardag #yanardağ #landoffireandice (at Yanar Dağ) https://www.instagram.com/p/B6qs4LxH_Vr/?igshid=12i83mhhtkkrb
4000 Years of Fire Mountain | Hindu FIRE temple in Azerbaijan | Baku old city | Travel Vlog Day -2
Hi Friends My name is Dara Singh welcome to my YouTube channel STROLLER DARA.

In this video, I have shared my experience of the Hindu fire temple, Fire mountain, Baku old city, Nizami street, And I met two Pakistani boys randomly and had some memorable moments with them.
The Baku Ateshgah often called the "𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐮" is a castle-like religious temple in Surakhani town, a suburb of Baku, Azerbaijan. 𝙔𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙧 𝘿𝙖𝙜𝙝 is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Flames jet into the air 3 meters (9.8 ft) from a thin, porous sandstone layer. Unlike mud volcanoes, the Yanar Dagh flame burns fairly steadily, as it involves a steady seep of gas from the subsurface. It is claimed that the Yanar Dagh flame was only noted when accidentally lit by a shepherd in the 1950s. There is no seepage of mud or liquid, which distinguishes it from the nearby mud volcanoes of Lokbatan or Gobustan.

Probably my favourite of Chris’ rescues this 1990 @konabikes #firemountain with tan wall tyres and front rack. Looks like a bike perfect for shopping, camping or strapping E.T to the front and flying 🤣 #26aintdead, it’s planning the escape (at Reading, England) https://www.instagram.com/p/CHJLuFUlmkA/?igshid=1fwwa7uhnl9ud
#yarnadag #firemountain and #firetemple just outside Baku in Azerbaijan. It’s the most incredible thing to see an ever-burning flame 🔥 come out the sides of a mountain. Azerbaijan is freezing at the moment with it being winter and dogs sleep close to the, cozy and warm. #azerbaijan #guidedazerbaijan thanks for your excellent guiding skills.
