Big wheels, small wheels, always out to have fun. Really surprised how quickly I adapted to the #stoogecycles mk4, as next to my#stumpjumper it looks massive BUT it’s contact points are about the same. I did find over gaps I would have to be more deliberate but once tuned in, wasn’t a problem. Apart from over running a couple of corners as I was going faster than I thought, this is one well balanced bike. Shakedown ride on the #stoogecycles Mk4 - one bar end fell out, seat came loose and my rear brake needs bleeding but the bike performs wonderfully. First time to #surreyhillsmtb trails yesterday. Only managed to get around some of it and will need to go back for a revisit soon. Managed to sneak in a couple of hours playing with my#wanga in the woods 😜 Big kudos to @rideterraone as I put my spare set on the “modern” singlespeed and they absolutely ripped through the trails like the bike was on rails. The trails were also the right level of moist today meaning #swinleyforestmtb is on top form. #voodoobikes Good fun doing stupid stuff #26er #26aintdead it’s had a service and new tyres. On the way to the trails. Short on time for the ride but had a blast on the #stumpjumper Headset is now officially knackered after smashing it through roots, hitting jumps and doing stuff you shouldn’t really do on a 30yr old rigid bike. But ah F*ck it.
