the glow of the fire illuminating alicia's body accentuated every perfect curve. those curves, of course, were traced with a trail of tender kisses that would never end if leah had her way. the rest of her life would be spent by that fire, on that bed of blankets she'd put together for the two of them in anticipation of this evening. this was all she ever wanted, and by some christmas miracle she was getting it. she slowly crawled back up between her thighs, the taste of her still on leah's lips, only willing to tease her for now — she wanted this to last. pressing kisses all the way up her torso to her jaw, leah flinched at the sound of the doorbell. "just carolers," she breathed against her neck, hoping to reassure the both of them and brush off the noise, instead reaching for the toy beside them once more. she slipped it down between their bodies, smirking as she stared into alicia's eyes. then the lights came on. "the hell ?? " she muttered, head quickly whipping over to the room's only entrance, a familiar face staring back at her. looking back at alicia, leah did her best to block out her body with her own, but the sight of that probably only made things worse. "jesus lili, is there a reason you didn't call ?? "

it was closing time at seven devils, and triss was tired. standing with immaculate posture, greeting and sometimes having to go as far as flirting with even the sleaziest, grossest patrons — trying to make everyone happy, and making sure things were running smoothly? that was hard work, and she did it every night. hopping up and taking a seat on the bar, she crossed one leg over the other and propped herself against her hand to loosen her bun and let the scarlet red tresses fall down to her shoulders while the last of the customers filed out. when she glanced up however, she was surprised to notice someone else filing in. “sorry honey, we’re clo—” she cut herself off when she finally glanced up at the woman’s face, having been a little preoccupied with the rest over her while she was walking in. “my, my, well to what do i owe the pleasure, detective?” triss may not have remembered the girl—yet—but while she was working on that, she was certainly open to making new memories with her.
