The Deliverer looked around frantically at his surroundings as it seems that he escaped the simulation somehow? Did the gods finally spared mercy on his broken soul?

He couldn’t tell as he realized his hands were chained, was he captured by those soldiers who were guarding the giant building he noticed when first arriving here? Must’ve been, he grits his teeth as he tries to now figure out how to get the restraints off as he didn’t want to stay here.

His brows narrowed, sun shaped pupils locked on any suspicious sounds that may follow as he could see an entrance door in the room he was currently being held in. Was this some sort of prison perhaps? He had so many questions in his mind but couldn’t speak out, he was no longer data nor a make believe hero, he was real with flesh and blood.

He was grateful that he could still feel the god like power within his body and he knew that the golden blood was still flowing through his veins, he wondered why he was held here.

Best to stay quiet and alert, one should never let their guard down, even for a moment.

I'm breaking this one down by games I've played . So , that being said here we go:

FF X: Yuna and Tidus all the way . They're literally so cute ?? I could write essays about them , and I just might . I will happily die on this hill. They're also from the very first FF game I've played , so no matter what they will always hold a special place in my heart.

FF VII: Surprise to no one, I have a few in this fandom/game . Aerith and Cloud . I think they are really soft together , and she brings out a side of Cloud that we don't normally get to see . On the flip side , Cloud brings out a certain spunkiness in Aerith and they balance each other out well . Cloud and Zack . I'm a sucker for a good best friends to lovers , ride or die trope . I am . Cloud changes so much around Zack , and Zack helps him open up and not be so stormy. They're cute . Zack and Aerith . Classic , tried and true that can do no wrong in my heart . They have great chemistry , and their story is just . . .delightful . Tifa and Cloud grew on me , but I really learned to love them . They take work though , they fight some times , but at the end of the day they always return back to each other and are always there for one another . They’re another pair that are loyal to a fault no matter what happens .

FF XV: Same thing as FFVII , I have a lot of OTPs for this game . This game has me in a stupid chokehold . That being said . Noctis and Prompto . Best friends to lovers . Awkward best friends since childhood , falling in love during sunrises . Late night pizza , and 3am talks about nothing . They get each other and just . . . I love them , okay ? Following that path, Ignis and Noctis . Listen , this one tickles my senses . I adore them . They are the classic 'prince falling in love with his advisor' trope. Ignis knows every little hair on Noctis' head, while Noctis knows Ignis' routine backwards and forwards . They have really tender moments . And don't get me started on Ignis actually willing to die for Noctis to keep him safe . Okay ? Okay . Noctis and Lunafreya . The game did them justice but not enough justice {we got so little screen time with them, don't come for me}. That being said , the moments we did get were beautiful between them . You could tell how much she cared about him from a young age , and how much he valued her and respected her . They had a really particular bond and it was remarkable . {One of my favourite threads I've written on @rexelectus was a thread of just letters between Luna and Noctis and it's my favourite in the universe}. I have too many OTPs for this game, Ravus and Ignis , Prompto and Cindy , Iris and Talcott , Aulea and Regis. I could write even more about this game than I already have , so I'mma stop .

Standing in the heart of the Hideaway, she couldn’t help but to smile to herself. Thanks to the work of Tarja, she was healed and had enough energy to finally walk about, taking in every person that had come to call this place home as they shuffled about their work.

She never would have imagined a day where so many bearers could live in peace. They seemed content — happy even — and each seemed to have their own place and importance to the Hideaway. She didn’t know how Cid had managed it or how long ago, but this place operated like a well oiled machine. It was astonishing, to say the least (and her heart may have swelled at the thought that such harmony may still be possible). 

Hearing the steps that approached from behind, the silverette spun on the ball of her foot, noting the man whom’s work she’d just been admiring. 

“To think that one man was able to create all this,” she mused before offering a small bow of her head in respect. Yes, those that called this place home had undoubtedly contributed to its success and ability to slowly flourish, but everyone in the Hideaway seemed to look to Cid with reverence or for guidance. “This place is impressive, truly. Also, I should thank you for helping to save me.”

Benedikta was extremely annoyed by the fact that someone had actually managed to track her down. Her displeasure likely showed on her face and posture, what with her arms crossed over her chest as she stared the intruder down.

"So... what? You're here to recruit me?" She asked, eyebrow raised. She was managing just fine on her own and she wasn't exactly interested in having someone else in command of her. She might be a dominant, but so far she had managed to avoid being captured and used for others gain.

"What did you say your name was? And why, exactly, should I join you?"

Nyx liked to spend his time out and about Insomnia whenever he wasn't working. He mostly kept to the slums, but sometimes ventured beyond; visiting restaurants and bars that caught his attention.

It was at one such bar that he saw a familiar blonde sitting alone. Curious, Nyx slid into the seat in front of the other, a small smile on his face as he did.

"Don't tell me you were stood up? If you were, then the other person doesn't know what they're missing out on," it didn't seem likely for the blonde to be out drinking alone, but then again, what did Nyx know? He went out drinking alone all the time, though usually with a certain purpose in mind.

"Hope you don't mind me making myself at home – I could use the pleasant company after a day of gate duty."
