Fuck it, I’m doing Pentagram. If you don’t know Pentagram... you fucking should. They are a doom metal band that’s been around since the 70s. They started off as a more bluesy rock n roll band at first. That’s where the demos combined on First Daze Here came from.

Now, these demos are not technically metal by some standards, but it doesn’t fucking matter. It’s as heavy as anything that was out at the time. Heavier than most bands on Nuclear Blast now.

People who dig classic rock stuff should love the collection on First Daze Here. If you are one of those people, check out First Daze Here Too as well. I’m not going to be covering that one as neither of these are official records, just compilations of demos. Great demos, bursting with emotion and tons of variety in sound.
