Fugazi - Merchandise (First Demo)
First Demo Is Out!
It's finally done, it's finally here!! That's right, the demo of Operation: Future Domination is now available to play!
Thank you to those who have supported me and have been part of the development of my first game thus far. I have seriously learned so much just from making this demo but persevered through the hurdles (*cough* coding errors *cough*) only because of all the help and encouragement I received. The demo is a little bit shorter than I would have liked because I decided to move some of the scenes from the demo to later in the game. However, it should hopefully be enough to give you a feel for the game and a glimpse into the story and writing. I apologize that I wasn’t able to get the interactive elements (e.g. the in-game phone) ready in time for this demo, but I am planning to release an extended demo with more story, the phone, and possibly quick-time events some time in the future! In the meantime, I hope you all enjoy the demo, and any feedback you give will be very much appreciated.
#Throwback Thursday! The first month for the web version of Dinomelt’s has come and gone, with over 50.000 plays on Newgrounds! Now let’s take a look at the very first demo of Dinomelt! (January 2015).
This build of the game was made as a test in one of the chilean locations of Global Game Jam 2015, just as a way to see if I could make an animated character that could run and jump on a platormer...
Wait, what about that red frog?... Odd as it seems, that was the first ever version of Fregg!!! As a pretty harmless ‘enemy’ you had to go through!
Quick Update! [DEMO]
(Above is a close-up teaser of a CG in the making.)
Just a small heads-up! I’ve updated the demo download on itch.io so that the game now has the option in “Settings” to change the 12-hr clock to a 24-hr one, as well as an option to turn the heat wave backgrounds on and off. I’ve also corrected some typos in this newest update. Thank you to all who have played and given me feedback so far! I apologize for having to take down the download for a while as the new version was being uploaded. For those of you who haven’t tried out the demo for Operation: Future Domination yet, feel free to do so now! ^^
Fugazi practiced and wrote together for like a year without ever planning to make a record or play live together. Imagine they never released anything that would have sucked major ass.
My boss is a really interesting dude to talk to about punk and hardcore that was happening way before I knew it was something I liked. He's also someone who is dedicated to his morals in a pretty obsessive way so he has a lot of good things to say about the band and Ian in particular.
THE WORD IS...
#NowPlaying: 'Something To Say' by 'The Kooks' out of 'First Demo'.
