Intro To My Studyblr

Hey, this is my first ever studyblr so here’s my intro:

Highschool junior (11th grade in America)

I’m genderqueer (if you wanna be specific girlflux) my pronouns are she/her and they/them

I go to a STEM focused magnet school

I have no sense of self so I desperately hold on to being a Ravenclaw, INTP, and Capricorn

I do be mentally ill so uhh some stuff I’ll post is gonna be pretty minimalist but I’ll only post aesthetic shit

Listen to A Lot of music and am also the singer and rhythm guitarist in a 2 person band

ooh man. aha ok. let’s do this, i guess.

name’s jessica :) i’m sixteen, in grade eleven right now, and in the middle of exams for first semester (second sem starts on friday).

my last exam will be introduction to anthropology, sociology, and psychology, and i’ve already done chemistry and world history to the end of the 15th century. my last class is jazz so no exam 🤙🏼

next sem i have english, ap advanced functions, biology, and physics. a little daunting but science and math are my strong suit so i’m not terribly worried about the content, maybe just the amount of work. which is why i’m making this studyblr! in an attempt to motivate myself to do work!

oh, also, i play violin in a youth orchestra and i’m hoping to get my rcm level 10 credit at some point before i graduate from high school. so there will be some of that going on here too :p

anyways, i’m not expecting to get actual attention from anyone but if you see this, feel free to make contact? idk LOL. interests include: music (musicals, pop(-punk), classical, alt, indie, and taylor swift is her own genre in my books), marvel comics and movies, psychology, bo burnham/john mulaney/seth meyers, and sketching/watercolour! ok. that’s all. in fact, almost TMI for me lmao.

I’ve been sneaky watching some of studyblrs doing this and thought it might be helpful for me to do this challenge as a motivation to keep up with my college trimesters.

I’m studying diploma of arts at Monash College in Melbourne and will be doing either one of bachelor of Arts or Architecture (still deciding). This trimester I’ve been taking Sociology, Contemporary World(international history/politics), Media and Academic Writing. And only 2.5 weeks before the finals! (Wish me a good luck 🤞🏽) and 3 more research essays to go

(I sometimes do drink whisky during my study when I get too stressed and that’s actually whisky with soda on the picture!)
