The first day of coding, I already almost cried three times.

Can't figure out how to get the click and drag function to work. Will try again tomorrow when I'm no longer on the verge of a mental breakdown.

Trying to code

Yay! Somethings brewing! I've been sitting for like two hours trying to get custom name to work cause I just don't understand anything. It also would show me some weird errors when loading for whatever reason so I had to restart. I want to add custom pronouns which makes me think that this ain't gonna get any easier haha

Favorite color: it’s been this teal/blue color for years, but it’s been moving toward green more recently

Pets: my cat has many names, but her official full name is Luna Bae Momo Brazil! (Semi long story behind that one. Pm me if you want to hear it) She’s adorable. I love her

Favorite TV Shows: Arrow, Sherlock, the Flash, Supernatural, Supergirl. Those are at least the ones I actively watch

First Fandom I joined: I don’t think I even knew what a fandom was, but I loved Star Wars (still do). I guess that would be my first one since that was from when I was pretty young. I don’t know what else it would be at least

Favorite book: how do you choose one book?? Ugh. I like the Harry Potter series, but I don’t know that it would be my all time favorite?

Worst thing you’ve ever eaten/tasted: I don’t remember.. I feel like a child, but I hate brussel sprouts and asparagus. They make me gag

Book you’re currently reading: I’m reading a few different ones, but the main one is Sherlock Holmes: a study in scarlet. It’s the bomb

Favorite place to be: it really depends on my mood, but I always love going to a park to read or something. Either that or just chilling in my room

A crush with programming.

When I was 11 years old I had a crush on this girl who I was too shy to talk to. At the time my friends, including the girl I had a crush on, were using an IRC  client called MIRC to chat among each other after school. Once I discovered the tool, I quickly figured out how to get popular inside this virtual channels, despite my lack of popularity in the real world.  I realized I could use this virtual environment to get close to her. After reading an entire book on IRC programming I created multiple channels and invited all my friends to join. Within weeks, I was the founder of a very cool chat channel in the IRC. Then I created a bot that would send an special message to this girl every time she logged into the channel. Once she became an active user in my channel, I built the confidence to walk up to her at school and brag about my creation. She was impressed! And soon after that we started going out. It's a child's story, but I always found it funny. Funnily enough my real crush happened to be programming.
