You’d think becoming a health & fitness coach would have made me more strict, right?! 🚫 Ya know, it wasn’t until I learned how to truly enjoy a cookie AND bust my BOOTY in a workout the next day (guilt-free) that I realized I could coach, too! (I NEVERRRR woulda said that just a few years ago! I thought successful coaches had to do everything PERFECTLY!) 🤯
I talked on my stories yesterday about how my work is FILLED with sweets right now, all brought in from our awesome clients. It’s so easy to indulge and then feel bad about it later. IDK about you but I’m livin’ the life where I get to have fun AND eat the dang Christmas cookie. 🎅🍪 This year more than ever, we have to find ways to still make it feel like the holidays, so do the things that are going to comfort YOU!
