HAPPY FIRST FULL MOON OF 2017, WITCHY ONES!

This Full Moon in Cancer is helping us start the year on quite an emotional, let’s separate what really matters from what doesn’t, sort of mood. It comes only four days after Mercury went direct so it feels like we’re finally done with reviewing the past & looking straight ahead.

As I’ve been talking about plenty on here 2016 was, numerologically speaking, a year 9 of endings and 2017 is a year 1 of beginnings. So this being the first Full Moon of a year 1 of beginnings, there’s a special fresh energy going on, pushing us forward. Mostly emotionally, because that’s Cancer’s biggest realm of influence, but it’s just what we’ve been needing. See, no matter how much you try to force yourself into action, you first need to go where you want to go in your mind + feelings & then taking the corresponding actions will come much easier + natural.

Cancer brings a very interesting energy all about not really giving a fuck about much, but when one actually does care about something or someone, doing it in the REALEST, most hardcore way. Cancer wants to cut through the bullshit & just focus on who + what matters most. This is the perfect vibe to take on the new year as well as this new 9 year energy cycle that we’re starting in 2017.

Did you catch a glimpse of the Wolf moon?⁣ 🌕⁣ ⁣ Some of you are morning doves, 🕊️others are night owls🦉and some are in between 🐦. Since the lockdowns began, I’ve been staying up later and later. I’m now at the point where I see U.S. friends on IG who are just waking up as I’m heading to bed 🌛 ⁣ I don’t follow fashion news,👗 but an article popped up in my news feed from “Glamour” magazine. It was about “Revenge bedtime procrastination.” Have you heard of it? I hadn’t, either. Sounds ridiculous, right? The weird thing is, I think I’m engaging in it!⁣ ⁣ It boils down to feeling we are entitled to spend time doing stuff we enjoy doing – watching a show, 🎞️ reading a book,📖 perusing the Instagram timeline 📱— but when our days are filled with things we must do, we feel shortchanged when we don't have time for fun stuff.
