Yesterday I got my first weight milestone! I finally got below 190! I’m officially down 7.4 pounds. I am beyond excited and proud of myself. Has it been easy? No. Has it been overnight? Absolutely not. I get off track, I gain weight back, I feel unmotivated. All I tell myself is “One day at a time”. I know it’s cliche, but it’s truly what keeps me going. I can’t allow myself to get disappointed with one bad day, or a week of weight gain. It’s a process, and never a linear one. Focus on the good, and let the bad motivate you.
