#firstpour of the mango NEIPA, finished at 6%, looks like it should, carbonation is perfect, aroma nice, but has more bitterness than intended. I think only with water adjustments I could make a nice soft mouthfeel. It has enough body. Look at all that floating debris in the second image. Firstpour of the Blackberry Dark Saison 7.5%. I did not throw in cacaopowder this second time, so it is less extreme. It has a great blackberry aroma and is rather tart and fresh. Very nice summer beer. First pour of a neipa made with loral and lemondrop dryhopping. Muddy colour, quite a bitter punch and a floral lemony aroma that is yet more discreet than with my regular tropical fruit neipas but interesting and Floral with a nice lemony background. #firstpour of that last throw everything in brew. Has the bitterness and hoppyness of a dipa, yet it is malty and sweet like a triple. And it Has a very slight bytaste i don’t like, but i think that will Go away with a Bit of age.
