Ushering in Autumn . . . . . . . . #summersend #autumntide #firstsigns #goodmorning (at StoneHouse Artifacts)
What are you looking forward to that's coming up later in the year? What are you working towards or anticipating?
I'm looking forward to seeing the last Harry Potter film this weekend. Then in a couple of weeks I'm visiting one of my favourite towns for what I'm sure will be an intriguing and mystical weekend. Both these things involve seeing my closest friends, which is great :)
I'm also hoping to go away to Devon for a few days after the bank holiday.
Also, for the first time in a very long time, I'm actually looking forward to autumn. For the last few years I've dreaded the coming of winter, and autumn has been a depressing time leading up to that. But I feel differently this year. I've *forced* myself to change the way I think about things, and so instead of dreading the cold, dark days, I'm looking forward to watching all the things that happen in nature as the seasons change. There's beauty in every season, including winter :)
I'm also really looking forwward to fostering a hedgehog over the winter.
I have lots of creative plans and ideas too, and I'm looking forward to developing those and hopefully creating some lovely things.
Basically I'm focusing only on positive things, and continuing to work towards health and happiness every day :)
How do you calm your insides?
Yoga, Painting, Loud music... I've tried it all and I can't get rid of this.
This feeling. It sits. It's made a little nest somewhere inside of me.
I can't tell if it's in my head, heart, stomach...
