Shoulder surgery
I'm 3 days post operation on my shoulder surgery here are the biggest issues I've run into 1. How am I supposed to do my hair 1 handed 2. Cooking with one arm way more dangerous 3. I can't use my writing hand is my signature legal 4. I can't shave so that's hilarious I know people go through way way worse just thought my experience was interesting.
I really do look forward to my personal training sessions SO much but when it's stinking hot like today the travel to the gym and home kinda sucks
